Tri County Roofing and Siding is a family-owned, veteran-owned local business established in 1973. We service residential and commercial customers in Downtown Charleston, Charleston, West Ashley, Ravenel, Mount Pleasant, Awendaw, North Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville, Moncks Corner, Ridgeville, St. George, Holly Hill, Eutawville, and Santee.

We are a full service roofing company and do new roof installation, restoration, maintenance, re-roofs, and repairs. We also provide installation service for siding, windows, skylights, fascia and soffits, and gutters.

Quality craftsmanship and design are key to Tri County Roofing and Siding — and we offer innovative maintenance programs, extended warranties and outstanding customer service.

We employ qualified local staff throughout our company. Many of our staff have been with Tri County Roofing and Siding for over 25 years. All Tri County employees, from every receptionist to every roofer, have required certifications.

We know the ins and outs of the roofing industry, and we have the track record and the certifications to reflect it. We are the only roofing contractor in South Carolina who is certified both as a GAF Master Elite Contractor and as a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster™. GAF has awarded Tri County Roofing and Siding “excellent” ratings in the categories of Installation and Education.
